　　The Office is responsible for levying and collecting local taxes in Keelung City . Everyone in the Office believes that we should “manage revenue services with care and respect all taxpayers” and the staff in the Office works very hard to improve our taxpayer services, enhance our performance and we hope to achieve a higher standard for better service quality.

　　The Office has promoted various taxpayer services and our staff is asked to treat taxpayers like family members and friends as we help taxpayers solve various problems related to tax to ensure that our taxpayers can file tax and make tax payment smoothly.

　　In the era of knowledge economy, a public service venue like the Office should enhance application of information technology. Hence, apart from improving the quality of our services by expanding the scope of our taxpayer services and holding various promotion activities, the Office has also set up a website to provide tax information, on-line tax filing and other on-line services.
